Polaris Mill and Woodwork is a family owned sawmill out of Topeka, Kansas. We mill native urban trees, including walnut, ash, cedar, oak, cherry and many other species. We have two kilns to properly dry and sterilize our live edge slabs or lumber. John Barta, the owner, is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, graduate from Pittsburg State University, and has been self employed since 2005.
